All prices are including Danish VAT 25%.
Payment can be made by Visa, JBC and Master Card. Payment will be debited your account upon dispatch of the order. FashionHouse.dk encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. This eliminates unauthorized access to the data you provide during payment.

DELIVERY

Your purchase is being shipped via Post Danmark, and delivery will normally take place within 1 week (Scandinavia and EU) from receipt of order.

Shipping rates:
Denmark: Euro 5 per shipment.
Scandinavia and rest of Europe: Euro 13 per shipment.
Greenland, Faroe islands og Norway: Euro 13 per shipment
Outside Europe: Euro 16 per shipment.

For countries outside Scandinavia and EU, a longer delivery time should be expected. Please contact kontakt@fashionhouse.dk for more a precise delivery time

Delays deriving from Post Danmark will automatically delay the delivery correspondingly.

CUSTOMERS RESIDING OUTSIDE EU

Costumers residing outside EU do not pay Danish VAT. The amount is automatically deducted when accepting the order. Please note that it is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay local taxes and customs duties.

CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We advise our customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags. In case the parcel and/or the content are damaged upon receipt, this should be reported immediately in order for us to facilitate the return of faulty items (see below).

Our customers have 14 days right of return and we request that all goods are returned within 14 days of the date you receive your purchase. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. Upon receipt of your purchase, if any item has been received with no tags, customer should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day if they wish to return. Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods during transport. Freight costs are paid by the customer and the goods should be sent to the address mentioned below. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. This dispatch will be payed by FashionHouse.dk.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

Refund of money:
The customer is requested to attach the invoice including the customers banking details (name of bank, SWIFT Code and IBAN) in order for FashionHouse.dk to facilitate the transfer to the customer’s bank account.

This is done to be able to save the customer’s purchase in the shopping bag in case the customer choose not to order but wish to keep the purchase in the shopping bag. Unless the customer deletes the purchase in the shopping bag, the purchase will remain in the shopping bag until next time the customer visits www.fashionhouse.dk.

If the customer does not want to save the purchase in the shopping bag, the purchase is easily deleted.
